We are now up to 5 of these group sessions on the timetable! ๐๐
Mondays: 10:45-11:45am and 11:45-12:45pm
Wednesdays: 12-1pm
Fridays: 11-12pm and 12-1pm
If you know you need to start incorporating strength and resistance training into your self care but you arenโt sure where to start, this is the service for you ๐
Book in for an hour Physio Gym Assessment on my website and we can have a full review of you and your training needs/goals ๐ During this assessment we will establish and practice 6+ different exercises tailored for you ๐ we will figure out what resistance, sets, repsโฆetc are right for you to get started with, and then all this information will get typed up and sent to you as a PDF plan ๐
You then attend these small 3 person group sessions where I will hand you a copy of your plan, and you work round your 6+ exercises with my support and supervision as you get used to the exercises and working out in this lovely private gym environment ๐ฅฐ
These sessions aim to build peopleโs confidence and knowledge base with both strength exercises and exercising in a gym setting.
