✨✨✨D R E A M S C A P E✨✨✨
I have always had an ability to envision, imagine and create images.. when I was young it was described as a ‘vivid imagination’ which lead to being unable to sleep for most of my youth and often lead to seeking out someone to sleep alongside. Even in my adult life I’ve experienced waking to running full speed down the corridor, beings in my room, a punk rocker on my bed with a terrier dog and other weird and wonderful things that have driven my husband a little crazy!
Over the past decade, I’ve noticed that at certain times, my dreams alter. There is, what I’d describe as a ‘thinning of the veil’… both premenstrual and in the run up to full moon. It often feels like an energetic download or gifting of frequency - although it’s intense and sometimes exhausting, it always feels like I’m meant to receive something - even though often my analytical mind is confused 🤪 so being premenstrual and almost full moon 🌕 it’s not a surprise that last night was wild.
Recently I had the privilege of accessing a dream workshop with a Mexican healer. He explained how dreams can teach us something, give us a new perspective or can imbed us with new frequencies. I decided to be brave and share a recent dream - I dreamed of the Aurora and how the lights came down as light beings/ people that then were absorbed into me (and others)… he confirmed what I had suspected- an energetic infusion of energies/ an upgrade of frequencies. I felt deeply nourished and revitalised from this experience…
When I was at uni I studied dream work and have always had a fascination about the time we sleep - are dreams merely thoughts in colour or something else entirely? What are your thoughts? ✨
