Hello new followers, thought I’d do a little about me post 👋 as haven’t done one in a while

I’m Rebecca, I have a degree in Psychology and I used to be a primary school teacher and taught for 12 years. When I had my first daughter I trained to teach yoga and mindfulness to children and began this part time as an extracurricular club. I then competed my baby yoga and massage training which complemented what I was already doing.

After having my second, I took a step back from teaching and I now have two fantastic yoga teachers working with me to teach children and baby yoga classes.

Im trying to build a business around my family and want to be as present with them as possible. My next venture is something I would genuinely take my own kids too, Creative play sessions which allow children to explore natural materials, open ended play and develop a sense of wonder. Im so excited to start these sessions and I’m in the midst of planning so many exciting play opportunities ✨✨

A plea to my followers… I’ve only recently started looking at my insights on here as I start to promote my business properly and honestly, they’re awful.

The amount of people actually seeing my posts is so low! And it seems to be the same people over and over.

So if you’ve ever been to one of my classes and enjoyed it 🤞🏼 I’d love if you could like, share or comment on any posts. Or even if you like the look of what we’re doing!

I know it’s the algorithms fault and I don’t have time to read up on how you bypass that. I just want to run classes and for parentsto come and enjoy them with their little ones.

Tbh, I’d much rather a different way of promoting my business as social media is actually at odds with what I do but hey, you can’t have everything.

So any like, comment or share is much appreciated (and needed!) or you know, you could just tell someone face to face!

Also here’s a picture of me with a pumpkin as apparently putting your face on here gets more attention, I never have photos taken of me so a Halloween has to suffice for now!
