Meet the teacher… 👶 🧘 💕

The lovely Helen will be taking over Harrogate classes for now whilst I navigate a house move and two children at home!

Helen has been teaching yoga for 7 years and has worked with me for the last 5 years teaching at schools around Leeds. She’s an amazing teacher and you’ll feel so welcome in her classes 🥰 she runs her own classes in Leeds and you can find her here

Here’s a little bit about her….
Hi I’m Helen, I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 7 years and specialise in yoga for new parents, toddlers and children.
I decided to retrain as a teacher after having my own children and finding the confidence to follow my dreams. And I’ve never looked back since!✨✨✨
