💬 "I would say, don't worry about it."

If you have recently been diagnosed with cancer, you may feel nervous about exercising, particularly if you don't feel very fit.

We'd like to echo the words of David, our former patient, and reassure you that our cancer specialist trainers will monitor your progress every step of the way. No pressure, no judging, just support as you build your fitness before and after your cancer treatment.
