My only side effect after each session is that I sleep the entire day once I get home. The HBOT does help me feel significantly better just not that same day. I did have a deep sleep once home. ❤️

I remember (not so long ago) when I used to hate salmon now it’s one of my favourite things to cook. The air fryer is such a help. I over crisped the broccolini so that was bitter but the rest was delicious.
