Being the celebrant for James’ funeral was one of the greatest honours of my life. I have loved him from@a boy to a man - watched his journey, his courage, his heart… and to stand there and speak for him, to hold space for his story, felt sacred beyond words ### a true hero always ### 💗💕💙❤️💜♥️💞🥰😘✨

Precious times when you can share a glass with your granddaughter after she has compered a dance show. So how much fun was it for ℙ𝕠𝕣𝕥𝕒𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝔸𝕝𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕞𝕪 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙 𝕁𝕦𝕝𝕖𝕤 and me to share after show drinks and joyous love and energy. Thank you Imogen Molloy - with love to Phoebe too ###

My beautiful son Charlie is stepping into the ring at a White Collar Boxing Event in Stourbridge to raise money for 2 amazing charities- Headway Stourbridge supporting people living with brain injuries, and the Disasters and Emergency charity, helping people affected by disasters around the world. The causes are deeply personal to him for all sorts of personal reasons. To take part he had to buy 10 tickets himself so we are hoping to find people who might like to come along to support the event, or buy a ticket as a charity donation if you can’t attend. He is not someone who finds it easy, so I am helping spreading the word. If you would like a ticket or would like to support the charities, please message mr - and if you can’t help, please share, it would mean alot ###

Last morning in Sydney.
Walking on the sand at Jenny Dixon Beach, the sky waking up in soft pinks and gold.

Walking beside my girl, dogs racing the tide, salt in the air, sun rising like a blessing over the water.

There is something about these early beach mornings — the hush, the light, the rhythm of waves — that settles everything. No rush. No noise. Just love, breath, and the steady reminder that this is what matters.

Grateful for sunrise walks.
Grateful for family
Grateful for this beautiful stretch of coast that holds so many memories.
