You're not unmotivated - you're overwhelmed
I hear this all the time:
“I just can’t seem to get myself together lately.”
And almost always… it’s not a motivation problem.
It’s overwhelm.
When your nervous system is overloaded, your brain doesn’t want to push forward — it wants to protect you.
So you procrastinate.
You avoid.
You feel stuck.
Not because you’re lazy… but because you’re depleted.
This is where the work we do together is so powerful.
We don’t force change.
We create the conditions where change feels safe.
And from there, everything starts to shift — naturally.
