Our Monday Craft Group are prepping things for our Garden Party coming up in July. They've started early as they have ambitious plans - to make the most unique and beautiful pennants ever! 💪💪💪

We reckon we'll have the best bunting in town! 👌🙂

How Many Varieties of Potatoes are There? 🤔

Apparently there are around 500 different types of potato, eighty of which are grown commercially.
That's a super-rich medley of humble spuds! 💪👌

In our Garden Club, however, there are only two types of members - the hard-working 'peelers' and the more relaxed 'eaters'! 🤣🤣🤣

We're All Cleaning Windows!

Northeast Productions came round to Heath Lodge with a wooden step ladder and lots of talent to fill our day with song and laughter. 🗣🙂👌

We sang along to every song of their pantomime, "When I'm Cleaning Windows" - it was a day we'll never forget, full of so much fun! 🙂

We're Going for Pink! 🌸🌸🌸

Members of our Gardening Club have been getting their fingers dirty replacing the spring tulips in the planters at our front entrance at The Cuttings.

They've decided to go for a variety that has delicate little pink flowers that will pop from the little Argyranthemum shrubs as the warmer days come. 🌸🌸🌸

We think they already look lovely! 👌🙂

We've Been Singing Along with Nigel Rae! 🎤🎸🎶

Nigel visited us at Heath Lodge with a new set of classic songs to which we couldn't help but sing along to. 👩‍🎤👨‍🎤🎵🎶🎵🎶Nothing like a good singalong to cheer the room! 🙂

Just When You Thought it was Safe... 😱😱😱
..to go into our Dining Car, our chefs go and bake another fantastic chocolate cake! 🎉🎉🎉

This delicious masterpiece of culinary confectionery is loaded with TRIPLE chocolate! 🍰🍫🍫🍫

A slice at The Cuttings costs only £1 and paired with a £1.20 tea or instant coffee, or £2.20 for a cappuccino or latte, no one need delay coming in for a super treat. 👌🙂

Our Magic Muffin Mix!

At Heath Lodge we have been gathered some ingredients, including ripe bananas, berries and chocolate chips(!) and mixed them with oats to produce the some delicious muffins. 🍌🍓🍒🍌🍌👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

With all these wonderful ingredients, and some expert know-how, we can truly say they were absolutely MAGIC! ✨🎉🎩✨
