You don’t need to eat perfectly. You don’t need to “get back on it.” You don’t need to undo anything.

You just need to pick one thing - one thing that connects you back to yourself - and do it like you mean it.

Maybe it’s adding a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt to your breakfast.
Maybe it’s standing outside with your coffee instead of doomscrolling.
Maybe it’s training even though you’re not feeling “motivated,” just to remember you can.
Maybe it’s skipping the training and resting your very real, very tired body.
Maybe it's finding a group of people to help (hi 👋)

Health isn’t a checklist. It’s a relationship.

Out of rhythm? Same.

Summer can throw off everything - your meals, your movement, your motivation.
You’re away more.
Plans change.
The usual structure disappears.

You don’t need a perfect routine to care for yourself.

Jane is our resident powerhouse - 58, Yorkshire born and bred, and has been lifting weights longer than some of us have been alive. She's got decades of experience in strength training, a brilliant sense of humour, and knows her stuff when it comes to navigating peri-menopause and menopause with strength, smarts, and no nonsense.

Mum to two grown-up kids, she also runs her own fused glass workshop (because of course she does - multi-talented queen). She’s the kind of coach who’ll hand you a barbell and make you laugh while you're under it.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
Jane coaches some of our Strength sessions and provides 1:1 support as part of our memberships - you can access small group training, coaching support, the nutrition group, and a community that genuinely gives a damn. She also hosts our social running group, full of gentle pacing, good laughs and fun times.

Not every diet lives in a spreadsheet.
Some live in your head.
In the way you think you “should” eat.
In the guilt that creeps in when you don’t.

Some of your food habits aren’t about food at all.

They’re old survival strategies dressed up as “healthy choices.”

IFS reminds us those parts didn’t show up to ruin your life. They arrived to protect you - from judgment, from discomfort, from feeling out of control.

The work isn’t to bully them away.

🐶 Martha, my 14 month old Malinois pup, is pretty much my whole personality at this point

🧪I studied biochemistry at university and do love all the geeky science behind what I do. Then I was a chemistry teacher for a decade and built this business on the side for years. Yes, it did nearly break me.

🌟 Right now, I'm a personal trainer, yoga teacher, nutrition coach, IFS practitioner and integrative counselling student

👏🏽 Introvert who loves blueberries, learning to play the piano (badly), trying to garden (also badly) and always has my eye on the next course I want to take.

We lift weights. But we also talk about nervous system patterns.

We move. But we also rest.

We challenge ourselves. But we do it in relationship with our bodies, not against them.

We unlearn diet culture. We rebuild trust. We practice taking up space.

After all, you don’t need another 45-minute session that leaves you wrecked and wondering what it was for.

You need a space where your body’s wisdom matters. Where strength is about more than reps. Where your nervous system gets a say.
