You don’t need to eat perfectly. You don’t need to “get back on it.” You don’t need to undo anything.
You just need to pick one thing - one thing that connects you back to yourself - and do it like you mean it.
Maybe it’s adding a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt to your breakfast.
Maybe it’s standing outside with your coffee instead of doomscrolling.
Maybe it’s training even though you’re not feeling “motivated,” just to remember you can.
Maybe it’s skipping the training and resting your very real, very tired body.
Maybe it's finding a group of people to help (hi 👋)
Health isn’t a checklist. It’s a relationship.
And like all relationships, it needs care, not control.
