*A couple of spaces have opened up to the next Breathwork Session on Wednesday 4th @ 7.30pm at Fresh Air And HG3 3DW*
This session is a powerful yet gentle way to regulate your nervous system and release stored stress from the body.
Using a guided conscious breathing technique, we work directly with the part of the nervous system responsible for stress, tension and overwhelm. When we change the way we breathe, we send a signal of safety to the brain — allowing the body to soften, emotions to move, and the mind to quieten.
We begin by grounding and setting an intention. From there, you’ll be guided through a supported breath pattern, with music and steady guidance throughout so you feel safe and held.
Breathwork can help to:
• Reduce anxiety and mental overactivity
• Release physical tension
• Improve sleep
• Increase clarity and emotional resilience
• Reconnect you to a sense of calm and inner steadiness
People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed and more connected to themselves.
No experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe and be with yourself.
