This January we're running a 6-week beginner strength block at Fresh Air And:
for anyone looking for a sustainable, holistic way to build strength in both body & mind:
✔️ Small groups (max 4)
✔️ Fixed weekly slot
✔️ Once or twice per week
✔️ Bonus yoga session included
✔️ Calm, supportive, non-gymmy vibe
Available times (2 spaces each):
Mon 6.45am, 6pm | Tues 9.15am | Wed 7.45am, 12.30pm
💷 £120 (1x/week) | £220 (2x/week)
Perfect if you’re new to strength, coming back after time away, or just want to build confidence without the pressure.
