Wow 😮 look what I came home to from one of my lovely mummies!! Leggings! What a thoughtful gift knowing I’m currently taking my yoga 🧘‍♀️ teaching training exams and wanting to spread the yoga ❤️ to pre and post natal mummies in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the encouragement in posting my face online 🤣 and yoga encouragement ✨ 🥹🥰 so going to miss our Tuesdays ❤️

Hey 👋 I’m Phillippa and I thought I should introduce myself. Mummy to 3, I’ve spent years going to baby classes along the way. It’s brought me to make this special baby massage class that’s full of music I’ve found along my own post natal journey. Baby massage techniques I’ve learnt soothe and calm babies nervous system, strengthening your bond with baby whilst meeting your own special mum tribe along the way!
