Move Yoga Harrogate was founded by Alissa Lawrence in June 2018. This studio is founded on the belief that yoga is your own and it is for everyone. Our aim is to help you move and be moved towards wellness, health, fitness, self love and self care. We are a friendly and welcoming community that offers classes for all levels.
