At Oakdale, we’re proud to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Why does that matter? Because CQC regulation helps ensure the services we provide are safe, transparent, and continuously improving. It reassures our clients, their families, and our partners that our care meets nationally recognised standards and is regularly reviewed and monitored.

Not all providers offering neurodevelopmental assessments are registered, and while there may be different approaches within the sector, we believe that independent oversight helps build trust and protects the people we support.

We remain committed to delivering care that is accountable, supportive, and focused on the best outcomes for every individual.

Today marks National Stress Awareness Day — an important reminder to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves. 💙

At Oakdale, we understand that caring for others begins with caring for ourselves.

Life can be demanding, and it’s vital that people feel supported, valued, and able to take time to look after their mental wellbeing.

⚠️ Recognising the signs of stress early can make a real difference:

• Difficulty sleeping or concentrating
• Feeling irritable or anxious
• Physical tension or headaches
• Withdrawing from others

That’s why we encourage everyone to pause, breathe, and reset throughout the day.
