A gentle, welcoming introduction if you’ve never experienced a sound bath before. Part of the studio’s Open Day with yoga, Pilates and reformer tasters.

Sound Bath • NEW Harrogate venue — Fitness Garage, Westmoreland Street
Early Bird £12 (usually £15) until 19 January.
A peaceful New Year reset in a cosy new space.

An evening designed to restore & soothe your body, mind, and spirit 🧘🏽‍♀️

✨ 30 minutes of slow & calming Reformer Pilates:
A gentle movement sequence designed to open the body, release tension and prepare you to truly unwind.

🌬️ 30 minutes of Breathwork:
Guided breathwork to quieten the mind & soften the edges.

🔔 30 minutes of a Sound Bath:
Drift into a deep relaxation as waves of sound wash through you: A meditative space to rest, reset & reconnect.

Melt into the reformer after a soul-unwinding breathwork session and let the evening carry you into complete calm 💤
