It was so lovely to see some of my clients on Saturday morning at the Great Ouseburn coffee morning, and to also chat to some new potential clients who would like to join my classes. As always very appreciative of your continued support of a small but thriving business.
Just a reminder i also do Personal training if you are recovering from an injury, wanting to build up strength prior or post operation. Pre and post natal and one to one pilates if a class environment is not what you are looking for.. feel free to give me a call or email me to enquire!

Pilates is great for Strength, posture, injury rehabilitation and overall fitness. It is also suitable for complete beginners and for those that have a regular practice. I have been instructing for over 17 years and have adapted my classes to suit all levels and age groups. My background is ballet, yoga and pilates alongside Personal Training in a gym environment.
The classes are very welcoming and I do not follow a set routine so you get a total body workout each time. Each class lasts one hour.

Workout Sunday 😊. Resistance workouts with weights and machines can seem a bit daunting but it is necessary for strength, bone density and keeping you toned.
Remember muscle burns fat so its a great weight management tool.
When you get the fix you will notice the difference not just physically but mentally too.. working out with your partner or friend is also very social.
