What does that mean?
To really understand yourself is to know your psychological make-up, and what makes you tick.
When you understand exactly how YOUR mind works, then, and ONLY then, can you set about changing it with relative ease.

Here are the main reasons why this programme will help EVERYONE to make significant changes in their life:
🧐 When you genuinely understand how your mind works (the interaction between your beliefs, your thinking, your emotions and your experiences), you feel much more in control and empowered.

Isn't the weather lovely today? β˜€οΈ Do you find yourself reacting to the weather and letting it dictate your mood? While it's easy to think that sunny weather automatically improves our mood or that gloomy weather can make us feel down, the truth is that the weather itself is just... well, the weather.

Sure, sunny days allow us to do more, like going out with fewer layers or enjoying the park without the fear of getting cold or wet. But it's not the weather itself that has a direct impact on our emotions. It's our thoughts and beliefs about the weather, as well as our thinking styles, that truly drive our mood.

This lighthearted example highlights how our thinking can make us feel either powerful or powerless in different situations, sometimes leaving us feeling out of control. Understanding the profound influence of our thoughts on our emotions and behaviours can help us realise just how much control we actually have over our lives.

By learning about our thinking patterns and taking control of our moods and emotions, we can experience a significant shift towards happiness, positivity, and excitement in life. In fact, it's estimated that 95% of what we need to do to become happier and more positive is related to understanding and managing our thinking.

The best gift a parent can give to a child is not the latest trainers, iPhone or computer game etc, it's teaching the child how to be the best version of themselves. I see a lot of youngsters with anxiety or who are just worried in general about school, friendships or who doubt themselves. Whilst, as a parent, we try to do our best for them, we don't realise we have passed on some unhelpful beliefs. The best way to help your child is to understand yourself first. The successes of children I have helped increase dramatically when the parent has fully undertaken the Thrive Programme themselves. This is the VERY best way of helping the child.
