Not all facials do the same thing, and choosing the right one depends on what your skin actually needs.

Some treatments physically extract congestion for an instant ‘glass skin’ result, while others work by boosting oxygen, triggering collagen production, or renewing the skin over time.

Whether you’re looking for a quick glow before an event or investing in long-term skin health, understanding how each facial works is key!

That’s why we always start with consultation, to recommend the right treatment for your skin, not what’s trending 🤍

Not all dermal fillers are the same, and using the right product in the right area is just as important as technique.

Each filler has a different density, flexibility and purpose. When the wrong product is used in the wrong place, that’s often when you see issues like:

• Overfilled results
• Filler migration
• Unnatural movement

A lot of the “overdone” results people worry about aren’t because filler is bad, they’re because the wrong filler was used for the job.

It’s a bit like getting a cowboy builder who fills a gap in your wall with the wrong material. It might look fine at first, but over time it cracks, shifts or causes bigger problems.

This is why practitioner knowledge matters, not just how to inject, but what to use, where, and why!

We always select filler based on your anatomy, movement and goals 💘

A lot of us have heard the word “filler”, but the term itself can make treatments feel a bit daunting for some.

Often associated with terms like “plastic” or “duck lips”, a lot of people still have outdated assumptions that filler will always end up looking “done” or unnatural.

In reality, modern dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (not plastic) - a molecule that already occurs naturally in the body that helps to keep skin hydrated and plump.

HA-based fillers have been used safely in medicine for decades (including ophthalmology and joint treatments), long before aesthetics became mainstream.

As with any medical procedure, safe outcomes come down to:
❤️ Product choice
❤️ Correct placement
❤️ Understanding facial anatomy
❤️ Full medical consultation

Filler shouldn’t change your face, it should respect it. 🤍

With the right technique, filler doesn’t always = a more feminine look. For this client the aim was balance, enhancing his natural angles to add sharpness and definition, while keeping the result super subtle and masculine.

✨ A few things to know:

- Filler is hydrophilic (it attracts water), so results take around 2 weeks to fully settle

- Treatment is done using a cannula technique to reduce bruising from multiple needle entry points

- Results usually last 12–18 months, depending on lifestyle and metabolism

Think of it as a small tweak with a big impact, without looking “done”.

Struggling with pigmentation or uneven skin tone? IPL might be the treatment for you!

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses controlled pulses of light to target excess pigment in the skin, helping to reduce sun damage, age spots, redness, freckles and uneven tone.

✨ Minimal downtime
✨ Helps brighten + even the complexion
✨ Works best on lighter to medium skin tones
✨ Results build over a course of treatments

Not sure if it’s suitable for your skin? We always carry out a consultation and patch test first to ensure the treatment is both safe and tailored to your needs.
