Tarot really is a magical gift to be able to share with others. It’s an honour to offer guidance and help with the many questions that life throws at us; let’s face it… we all need an arm around the shoulder from time to time. ❤️

Well… we made it through Blue Monday… 💙
it’s nearly the weekend and there’s only 300 days of January left! 😂😌🤪

There’s an awful lot of healing taking place in so many forms right now. ❤️🙏🏻
For me, it’s working with my clients, being present for friends and family, a long bracing walk 🥾and a decent coffee. ☕️❤️

January doesn’t need to be about complete change and a radical overhaul… in fact, I’m not a fan of “New Year, New Me.” 🙄

January is a tough enough month as it is; we need to ease ourselves slowly out of the festivities, embrace the routines we had forgotten and tread carefully into 2024. 🙏🏻

What about New Year… BEST version of me? 💪🏻❤️

The more we allow ourselves to release the burdens of the past, the more present we will be and there are so many wonderful things to be grateful for right now. ❤️

Some serious cards at tonight’s tarot session ❤️

It is really important to pay attention when The Tower appears.

This card comes along to give you a spiritual slap with a shock that might knock you sideways. 💥🤯

It reminds us that we can’t control what life throws at us but we can control our reactions. ❤️

The night sky behind the tower is dark but the light on the horizon suggests that the sun is about to rise; remember that the darkest hour is always just before the dawn. 🌅🌄

4 hours… and 40 case studies written up 👣✍🏻 (there’s still 60 to go but small victories and all that… 😁)

I’m enjoying learning the art of reflexology so much. 🔥
It’s a beautiful complementary therapy and I can’t wait to start treating my lovely clients. 🙏🏻

Never let anyone tell you that you’re too old or that it’s too late to have a new dream or goal. ❤️

Greetings from a rather drizzly Harrogate 😯☔️

I had a WTAF moment yesterday. 😵‍💫
Not life-changing stuff in the grand scheme of things but enough that I went “oh come on, Universe!!” 🥴

I reached out to my nearest and dearest - those ace humans - who go “what happened? Are you okay? OMG!” on your behalf. Your squad who would do anything for you. ❤️

Pinot Grigio helped 😀 as did a good night’s sleep. I’ve decided not to dwell on the s**t that was yesterday. It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day and all that.

So thoughts for Friday… accept the lesson, rant a bit, feel a bit crap then put it in the bucket where it belongs.

Then you pull some cards and the Universe winks at you saying you were right along and everything will be ffiinnnee. 🥰

We were having far too much fun at the Great Yorkshire Show on Friday and I forgot to post for 🙈🥂

A super busy week coming up but feel very grateful and wouldn’t change a thing! ❤️🙏🏻

There’s Reiki and tarot clients, mountains of coursework to hand in and lots of lovely folk are lending me their feet for my case studies (thanks, team!) 👣👣

Got myself out of the house early this morning to embrace the sun and get some fresh air therapy. 🌞Nothing beats a decent walk to get the blood pumping and clear the old head! ❤️🥾
