With the busy lives we lead & caring for others, we often forget about our own wellbeing and suffer as a result. The current climate we find ourselves in has brought with it heightened levels of anxiety & stress which can be debilitating in ways we have never experienced before. Helping to make people feel better and happier is the most rewarding experience for a therapist. I work with my hands & my intuition (& sometimes my beautiful crystals like to work with me too) depending on your needs & wishes to help bring a sense of balance, relaxation & restoration to your mind, body & soul. I found my love for this beautiful therapy through experiencing Reflexology treatments as a client for many years whilst working in a very stressful banking industry. The effect of Reflexology for me was so calming, so soothing, plus my sleep pattern improved remarkably after regular treatments. After a lot of careful thought & consideration I decided to follow my passion for learning more about this wonderful Complementary Therapy. My journey started by training with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine whilst working, bringing up my family & looking after extended family. I have been taught & guided by some very experienced, knowledgeable & special tutors who I am also so lucky to call my friends. After receiving my ITEC Level 3 Diploma, I have continued to add to it by working with crystals should you wish them to be incorporated into your treatment. As a member of the CThA & being fully covered with ABT Insurance, I keep up to date with the changing ways needed to work safely & within current guidelines set. As a mobile therapist I can treat you in the comfort of your own home, so after a relaxing & peaceful treatment should you wish to curl up under a soft, fluffy blanket you won't have far to travel!
