Supporting Independence in Action 💛

After being housebound for some time, one of our clients recently enjoyed a trip to their favourite garden centre for a cream tea.

Working alongside the physio and occupational therapists, we supported their mobility to the point where they could safely transfer into a wheelchair — and organised transport to make the visit possible. 🌿

Fresh air, warm scones and a familiar setting brought so much joy.
