We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service provided by Ashish and the team during such a difficult time after loosing our beloved mother.

The staff were compassionate, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring everything was handled with dignity and care.

Their kindness and support truly made a difference for our family and we offer our sincere thanks and gratitude for giving us peace of mind that our mother was in their care and treated with dignity and respect.

A Famiky We Recently served ...

Ash and Hari, went beyond expectations.
They were professional, respectful, always communicating promptly and with such outstanding dignity and respect, it touched my heart. From the moment they picked my Ba up from our home to the time they said goodbye at the crematorium, they made us feel at peace.

The mandir at the premises was particularly appreciated, holding all the God statues and allowing us to have a religious Hindu cereomy on the morning before the crematorium. We were allowed to visit my Ba daily and spend time with her in the mandir.

Thank you for the amazing work you do to make the experience of saying goodbye to a loved one, as beautiful as you do.

A Family we recently served,

Losing my brother was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but the care, dignity, and professionalism shown by Moksha Funeral and Ash and his team brought us comfort when we needed it most. From the very first conversation, they treated our family not just as clients, but as people navigating deep grief.

Every detail of my brother’s funeral was handled with grace and sensitivity. A Family we recently served..

This is the third time our family has used Moksh. There was no doubt we would return to use Ashish and his team as we were so happy with the way they handled previous losses for us.

Their bigger Southall site was great for our vidhi with easy parking close by.

From start to finish, Ashish was there guiding, supporting and advising on procedures and processes, which can be overwhelming at a time of grief.

He was contactable at all times and responded quickly and clearly.

We really appreciated the extra mile Ashish went to by accommodating our specific wishes and very particular needs.

Ashish and his team are not only professional, but have a very calm and gentle manner while dealing with grief stricken family.

Our entire funeral went as planned and we couldn't have wished for it to be any better.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Moksh Funeral care and know they are the only ones we will be using.

A Family we recently served..

Once again but sadly, I have called upon the amazing services of Ash and the team at Moksh.

Sadly my mother passed away peacefully at NPH on the 10th Jan 24.

I did not hesitate to pick up the phone and contact Ash that evening.
Ash was straight on it and once again calmly and compassionately guided me through the process and what he and the team would sort for me and my family, which was pretty much everything that needed doing..!!!

I've said below in my previous review nearly 2 years ago how amazing Moksh were at the time of my father's passing, and nothing has changed, Ash and the team are still an amazing company who have again assisted me through this very tough time with the same compassion and care they did the last time.

I would not have been able to manage this with the composure that I managed to keep, without their guidance.

Ash, you have an incredible gift of ensuring we are able to manage with our loss with dignity, confidence and above all, a feeling of genuine care.

Nothing was to much trouble and the speed in which you responded to all my countless messages was brilliant, and I know how busy you were.

My whole family are in agreement with my sentiments above.

A family we recently served

Ash and his team are superb. We used them for 2 funerals in the space of 3 months.

They set themselves very high standards in the way they deal with families, medical teams and, the crematorium.

They think of everything and guide you through all the paperwork and formalities with compassion, calmness and clarity.

Their facilities, vehicles and staff are immaculate. You can trust them to take care of things in the right way, whatever the situation. I would highly recommend them.

Ash and his team are simply amazing. The attention to detail, care and honesty afforded to us by them at such a difficult time were greatly appreciated.

Nothing was too much trouble and the entire process from initial conversation to final ceremony went seamlessly.

Politeness, understanding, sympathy and courteousness were tangibly evident throughout our dealings.

A family we recently served.

My Brother unfortunately passed away on 19/11/2022.
Was very difficult time for our family to accept this huge loss and Void.

Just wanted to leave this heartfelt and feedback from our own experience and service we received from Moksh Funeral care (Southall Branch).

Thank you so much Ash and team for for the care, support, sympathy and empathy that you showed us.

Everything was attention to detail and personal beliefs were gracefully respected. .

Nothing was too much trouble or last minute.

Ash was available 24/7 to answer all our concerns and carried us/guided us through our time of need.

A big thank you to Ashish and all the team at Moksh for arranging every aspect of my wife’s funeral service. From the moment we spoke on the first occasion to the excellent funeral service every arrangement was faultless .

Ashish dealt with us throughout with great deal of sympathy and care. I developed a lot of faith in him as a professional and followed his advice on all aspects of the Service including recommendation of an excellent crematorium.

Our private ambulance has been stolen today from our premises at our Stanmore branch, Honeypot Lane.
We have informed the necessary authorities however we are asking for anyone who may have seen the vehicle or may know the whereabouts to please contact us immediately.
The vehicle is a Vauxhall Vivaro with the registration DP18PUK.
