I went to see this optician yesterday suffering from sudden blurred vision and was rather worried. The optician Maya was thorough, supportive, informative and non judgemental; I felt heard and my concerns responded to. Then both Rita and Maya spent ages and as long as I needed to find the right frames for me. They did everything they could to ensure I felt comfortable with frames I’d chosen and I trusted their opinion. The service I received was for me as an individual. I’m so grateful to them. They have a customer for life and I will be recommending them to family and friends also. Thank you so much.
