A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday's Patient Forum Group meeting!

Your input, ideas, and feedback are incredibly valuable and help us shape a better future for our services.

We’d also like to extend our gratitude to those who reached out to let us know they couldn’t attend but wished they could. Your support means so much, and we look forward to hearing from you in the future.

We’re excited to continue working closely with a growing Patient Participation Group (PPG) committee, and we’re always eager to welcome new members!

If you’d like to learn more about what we do and how to get involved, please visit our website for more information.

Did you know there are over 120 variations of CMT?

This means that no two people experience CMT in exactly the same way, even if they have the same type. Some may notice muscle weakness in their hands and feet, while others might struggle with balance or sensation

At CMTUK, we understand how different the journey can be for everyone living with CMT – and we’re here to help!

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or looking for advice, our team is ready to offer support, guidance, and a caring community

Need someone to talk to? 💬

You can find resources, support groups, and more by visiting www.cmt.org.uk or getting in touch directly. Together we are stronger!

Let’s continue to raise awareness, break down stigma, and celebrate our differences during CMT Awareness Month. Because nobody’s perfect, and that’s perfectly okay 💪
