Sangeetha's Hatha Yoga Classes

Yoga Classes with individual attention and lessons are adapted to meet specific needs.

I am registered Yoga Alliance UK teacher, who practices and teaches Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga mainly emphasizes on the asana (postures), pranayama (discipline of breath), kriyas (cleansing techniques), and mudras (sealing the energy). My classes are very small (maximum of 3 students per classes).Children have all children batches. I am also a certified yoga Bananas teacher (specialising for children)
I am a certified pregnancy yoga teacher. Reiki level 1 certified.I have also completed my teacher's training for Restorative Yoga .

Yoga isn't just a physical practice - it's a way of living life.Practicing this philosophy, passed down in the writings of incredible philosophers like Patanjali, has brought me so much peace and emotional stability.It's so important to me to pass these tools down to my students, too! I love incorporating mobility drills in my self-practice and teachings! They improve co-ordination and body awareness.If you are struggling with this, use a wall or your sofa to support, or if it's too easy, speed it up.Happy practice♥️

I started practicing yoga 13 years ago at the age of 35. I didn't realise at the time, but this would be the best decision of my life.My yoga journey has brought me so much joy and fulfilment, and has brought me to places physically, mentally, and spiritually, that I would have never even dreamed of before.I have accomplished so much and cannot wait to accomplish more as I grow older and wiser!Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me on this journeyHappy practice! Starting a new 6 week beginner course!

This course is suitable for you if you have never done yoga before, or if you just want to revisit the basics again.

This is a mixed gender class, and it's running on Mondays, from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm at Harrow Art Centre from September 30th.

All my other four group in-person lessons are almost full and I have a few spaces left for this lesson.

I have recently incorporated sound healing in my therapy sessions and love being a witness to the energy shifts.

Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on our minds and bodies.Sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our body in a very relaxed state.

In the reel I am doing 7 chakra bowl therapy with all my clients.
