Care Assist Expands into Bedford with the Acquisition of Lomack Health Care
We’re excited to announce the successful acquisition of the business and services previously operated as Lomack Health Care, marking a significant step in Care Assist’s mission to deliver exceptional, person-centred care across the UK.
This expansion brings three well-established services into the Care Assist family: Lomack House, Lomack Lodge, and Supported Living Services, all based in Bedford.
These services have long been recognised for their commitment to supporting adults aged 18–65 with mild to moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex behaviours. With a shared ethos of dignity, independence, and inclusion, Care Assist is proud to continue and build upon that legacy.
Residents and families can expect continuity of care — now underpinned by Care Assist’s modern, holistic approach that embraces neurodiversity, promotes mental well-being, and strengthens community integration.
