Congratulations to Lia, Violeta, Panna, and Hristo for attending the advanced Massage training this weekend. Such an incredible group of bodyworkers.

It was a weekend full of learning, connection, and growth as you all deepened your skills with clarity and confidence. We covered advanced postural assessment and treatment approaches, techniques for releasing deeper muscle layers, refined palpation skills, and an understanding of how breath, movement, and the body’s energetic systems influence our body.

I’m truly proud of each of you and grateful for the energy you brought into the space. I’m really looking forward to staying connected and seeing how you integrate this work into your practice.

I want to share something truly amazing!

One of my reiki students, shared this beautiful photo:

Two identical plants treated the same, except one received daily Reiki from him. The Reiki supported plant grew taller, stronger, and he had a deeper connection to the plant.

Reiki is a biofield energy practice rooted in the concept of a universal life force. It is non-invasive and can be applied to humans, animals, and plants, supporting balance and relaxation across living systems.
