Mendme Uk is here to help you with your Health and Wellbeing whether that is working on your Physical Body Realignment because of the pain you are experiencing or your Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing due to stress and anxiety. We take a Holistic approach when seeing our clients and able to offer a wide range of service such as Body realignment through our Sports Therapy, Osteopathy and Deep Tissue Massage. I want to share something truly amazing!

One of my reiki students, shared this beautiful photo:

Two identical plants treated the same, except one received daily Reiki from him. The Reiki supported plant grew taller, stronger, and he had a deeper connection to the plant.

Reiki is a biofield energy practice rooted in the concept of a universal life force. It is non-invasive and can be applied to humans, animals, and plants, supporting balance and relaxation across living systems.
