Slimming World Kenton, Nth Harrow & Wembley With Ush 07932 822700 Kenton/Wembley Area Slimming World is a warm and friendly group of 150 members run every Wednesday Pop along to one of my groups with no obligation to join.

Slimming World is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change, losing weight in a healthy way and keeping it off for good. It could never be easier, eating your every day foods, just changing the way you cook them and how you put them together. I run 2 friendly groups on Tuesday at The Royal British Legion AM & PM and Wednesday at The Church Annuncation, South Kenton. In our warm and friendly group, you will make friends and meet members who will understand what you are going through, it is a private, positive and safe place to share recipes, great tips and ideas and general support. Look forward to seeing you there. Booking is essential.
