I run 3 friendly groups on Monday at Harrow Baptist Church at 9.30 am, Tuesday at South Harrow Baptist church at 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm & Wednesday at Kenton Methodist Church at 4.00 pm, 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm In our warm and friendly group, you will make friends and meet members who will understand what you are going through, it is a private, positive and safe place to share recipes, great tips and ideas, general support and motivation.
