I have been quiet on Instagram for a while, it’s been a time of big decisions and change. Time to say farewell to my yoga home and thank you to everyone who has shared this space with me. The beautiful energy of this sanctuary has been a blessing and I leave with such happy memories. Starting a new chapter in Lovely Lewes. Watch this space

My darling Esme took her last walk yesterday, she was such a calm and loving presence and much loved by me and my family. Esme brought us joy and comfort in tough times. She was an integral part of everyone’s retreat and workshop experience here in Hartfield. We were lucky to share her company. ✨✨✨✨✨
