SAFE Professionals is a directory of competently trained Equine Facilitated or Assisted Professionals for discerning general public, corporate and NGO organisations. Evidenced certified Equine Facilitated or Assisted Training qualification
2. Evidenced membership of a recognised professional body for their area of practice e.g. counselling, psychotherapy, human development, coaching, business consultancy etc.
3. Evidenced supervision of Equine Facilitated or Assisted practice
4. Evidenced professional indemnity insurance
5. Evidenced Equine Facilitated or Assisted Continual Professional Development
6. Agreed to adhere to the Standards for Assisted and Facilitated Equine Professionals code of care for equines

Подошел к концу первый день 32-го Всемирного Конгресса IPMA! 🚀
Более 800 участников присоединились к нам (онлайн и в Санкт-Петербурге) только на открытии!

Участников выставки приветствовали Александр Товб (президент SOVNET, IPMA Россия), Оксана Клименко (вице-президент по стандартам и сертификации IPMA), Джоп Шефферли (президент IPMA) и Дмитрий Чернышенко, заместитель председателя правительства Российской Федерации по вопросам цифровой экономики и инновациям. После вступления прошло первое пленарное заседание: «Цифровая трансформация и управление проектами», его провели Рейнхард Вагнер (Германия, IPMA), Ронггуи Динг (Китай, Шаньдунский университет) и Александр Мальков (заместитель руководителя проектного офиса Правительства Российской Федерации).

💡Идеи и мысли первого дня
✔️ Более 4,5 тыс. проектов включено в стратегии цифровой трансформации регионов России. Цифровая трансформация государства, общества и бизнеса является из национальных приоритетов. Дмитрий Чернышенко.
✔️ Будущее методологий PM — это смешение, объединяющие множество разных стилей в нечто уникальное и адаптируемое. Невозможно добиться успеха с одним стилем. Эндрю Каллман.
✔️Сложность проектов резко возрастает. Менеджеры проектов нуждаются во многих новых компетенциях, включая цифровую грамотность, управление изменениями и преобразованиями (включая также изменение мышления). Рейнхард Вагнер.
✔️ Развитие проектного менеджмента важно не только для компаний, но и для общества в целом. Для решения глобальных проблем часто не хватает компетентных институтов (например, ООН слишком часто становится жертвой личных и национальных интересов, которые затмевают ее миссию).

👉🏼 За день мы послушали более 70 представителей из 20 стран: Австралии, Хорватии, Китая, Дании, Франции, Греции, Германии, Японии, Индонезии, Италии, Ирана, Казахстана, Марокко, России, Испании, Швейцарии, Швеции, Нидерландов, Украины, Великобритании и США!

Plans are in place to create a register to bring together all people involved in the field of human equine interactions to ensure high quality service provision and create a greater awareness of their work.

Over the coming weeks we will be engaging with the sector to seek their views about the proposals. The register will be created 'with and not 'to' commissioners, practitioners and service users for mutual benefit.

Updates will be posted here about how to get involved. In the meantime, please help us to build up our followship by liking and sharing this page.

This week saw the launch of our 2020 Level 5 Diploma in Equine Facilitated Human Development.

A wonderfully dedicated cohort of students, determined to make 2020 a year of growth and learning so they can take this work and the IFEEL Method out into the world, when it is needed most. Welcome all!

This year long, Ofqual regulated, Diploma brings our ground breaking methodology to those from a variety of professional backgrounds and can be either a stand-alone qualification or used as an access course to our world leading Level 6, Ofqual regulated, Diploma in Equine Facilitated Psychotraumatology.
