This is where most people go wrong 👇

They focus only on rehab exercises…
…but ignore the things that actually drive recovery.

👉 Sleep
👉 Nutrition
👉 Stress
👉 Training load (too much, too soon… or not consistent enough)

These are the **foundations of recovery** — and if they’re off, progress will always feel slow or frustrating.

Had a fantastic weekend in Liverpool attending VALD Performance VALD Health —an inspiring experience filled with insightful speakers and engaging workshops. Great to connect, learn, and bring back fresh ideas to apply moving forward 👊

Its the first time I've visited Liverpool and I'll have to go back again, plenty to see and such lovely people 🙌

Also great to use two different JD Gyms, good set ups, different machines which were interesting to try out 🥵😅 It's easy for training (and diet) to slip when traveling but the worse workout is generally the one that doesn't happen, and fortunately I'm in a slight calorie deficit as I aim to trim off 10lbs 😅

Level 1, 2, 3 of basic glute bridge variations.

Great to strengthen the glutes and hamstrings.

Often a helpful starting point to introduce some loading in the early stages of rehab, however, progression is key, this comes with consistency and structured rehab.
