Autumn Schedule starting Monday 15th September 🍁
If there’s one place we love to be as the nights draw in, it’s on our mat ✨
A few little changes for Autumn 🍂
✨ all outdoor flows now indoors & cosy
✨ an addition of intermediate hot mat
✨ lunchtime strength with Lisa on Fridays
✨workshop Thursdays
✨Reformer classes to be booked through the page, schedule released Fridays weekly.

The Waitlist & Cancellation Policy ✨
We are making a few tweaks to our waitlist & policies in order to keep our studio running as smooth as possible. This means more people are able to get off the waitlist and into class with enough notice if others can’t attend.
✨If you are new to the studio you will be required to download the ‘Momence’ app in order to easily manage all of your class bookings & receive updates and info.
✨to receive waitlist updates via text message please make sure your phone number is connected to your Momence account
✨ If you have any questions in regards to these new policies please feel free to pop me a message.

We are so excited to be hosting our first retreat at the beautiful ✨✨🙌 The accommodation & venue is amazing 🖤
✨ March 14th - 16th 2025
🍽️ Delicious food will be provided all weekend & on Saturday we will go to the local pub for a meal ❤️
🛏️ We have Private double rooms available for £340 or a shared room with 2 single beds for £280.
You can come with a friend or come alone, everyone is welcome & you don’t have to be a Studio 21 member 🖤

Baby massage is suitable from birth our classes we normally say 4-5 week only has you find babies are more in a little Routine, more settled & alert by then,

Meet Sophie✨✨
Introducing our fabulous Sophie. Sophie is a primary school teacher with over 10 years of experience in education. Sophie also has a certificate in Mindfulness for children & is super passionate about the wellbeing of little ones. She believes that educating little ones around their emotions starts at home through fun, play based learning. She can’t wait to start adding new and exciting classes to our timetable for your little ones & children in the future. Keep your eye out for additions to the schedule & get to know Soph when you see her in the studio if you don’t already ( she usually has a toddler climbing on her back) 🖤🖤🖤
