Sometimes, after waiting and explaining, you’re told “Your local pharmacy can help with this.” We get it, that can feel frustrating — especially when you’ve already taken the time to call.
But it’s not a brush‑off, and it’s not you being passed around.
Pharmacists are now trained to assess, treat, and supply treatment for a range of common conditions — on the spot, without a GP appointment. Helping us to offer appointments to those that can't be treat at the pharmacy.
