Something new is coming… ❤️

Alongside my Reiki, guided meditation and wellbeing sessions, I’m currently working towards my diploma in Grief & Bereavement Counselling.

This is something very close to my heart.

Grief can feel incredibly heavy, isolating and overwhelming, and sometimes, you just need a space where you can talk, be heard and feel understood.

I’ll soon be able to offer dedicated support for those navigating loss, in the same calm, safe and non-judgemental space I already provide.

But if your body is still holding tension, stress or overwhelm, it can be hard to fully process or let go.

You can relax the body…
But if your mind is full, those thoughts are still there waiting.

As you're aware, I have recently started offering 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

All Reiki and guided meditation appointments include 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻, but these sessions are focused on the treatment itself.

A Wellbeing Support Session is for when you feel you need 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱.

This might be:
• When your mind feels busy or overwhelmed
• When you’ve got a lot going on and need to offload
• When you’re trying to make sense of how you’re feeling
• Or when you simply need a calm space to pause and reset

These are 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 where you can speak openly, at your own pace, without feeling rushed.

There’s 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗻𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁. Just a calm, supportive space where you can be yourself.

They provide a 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 where you can take a step back and clear your head.

At the moment, Wellbeing Support Sessions are available as an 𝗮𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 and need to be 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to allow the time.

𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Over time, I’ve noticed that many people value having a little time to chat before or after their Reiki or guided meditation session, and I completely understand why. That time can feel just as important as the treatment itself.

To make sure I can continue offering a calm, focused and unrushed experience for everyone, my treatment sessions will remain centred around the treatment, with a little time included to check in.

If you feel you would benefit from more time to talk, reflect or share what’s on your mind, you’re very welcome to add a Wellbeing Support Session to your appointment.

To ensure I can allow the right amount of time, this would need to be booked in advance.
