𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
As you're aware, I have recently started offering 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
All Reiki and guided meditation appointments include 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻, but these sessions are focused on the treatment itself.
A Wellbeing Support Session is for when you feel you need 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱.
This might be:
• When your mind feels busy or overwhelmed
• When you’ve got a lot going on and need to offload
• When you’re trying to make sense of how you’re feeling
• Or when you simply need a calm space to pause and reset
These are 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 where you can speak openly, at your own pace, without feeling rushed.
There’s 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗻𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁. Just a calm, supportive space where you can be yourself.
They provide a 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 where you can take a step back and clear your head.
At the moment, Wellbeing Support Sessions are available as an 𝗮𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 and need to be 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to allow the time.
