One Reiki session can be incredibly powerful ❤️
It can help you feel calmer, lighter, more grounded and more connected to yourself again.
But healing and wellbeing are usually not “one and done” experiences.
Think of it a little like caring for your mind and body in any other way…
Consistency matters.
When Reiki is received regularly, many people find it easier to maintain that sense of balance, calm and emotional support over time.
If there are long gaps between sessions, especially during stressful or emotionally heavy periods. It’s natural to feel yourself becoming overwhelmed, drained or disconnected again.
That doesn’t mean Reiki hasn’t helped.
It simply means life continues to happen, and sometimes we need ongoing support along the way ❤️
