Herbs have many properties they can stimulate, relax, tone, calm and sooth the bowel. Herbs may have a diuretic, laxative, anti-inflamatory or anti-spasmodic effect which can help your bowel relax and release pockets of gas this in turn can help the bowel to return to how it should be functioning.
This add on treatment is carried out during a colonic hydrotherapy treatment. After choosing a herb blend to suit your requirements it is brewed and cooled to body temperature using fresh filtered water.

Having a coffee e***a can help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Coffee e***as are an effective way to support our natural cleansing process and promote optimal health and wellness.
The aim of the coffee e***a is to stimulate the colon and encourage a bowel movement while also stimulating the liver and gallbladder to produce more bile which in turn may draw out environmental and metabolic toxins.

This add on treatment is carried out by me after a colonic hydrotherapy treatment, the warm, body temperature coffee is a good quality blend produced specifically for RICTAT colonic hydrotherapists. The warm solution will be slowly and gently introduced to the first part of the colon using a slim silicone catheter attached to a syringe over a few minutes, you will then remain on the treatment couch covered over for up to 15 minutes, at some point you may feel an urge to go to the toilet.

I am now offering Colonic Massage suitable (only) for ladies who can’t have or don’t want Colonic hydrotherapy, the massage works by way of stimulating the bowel, increasing blood and oxygen flow to the bowel, and may aid lymphatic drainage.
You will receive a consultation, some contraindications do apply to this massage. You will experience a gentle massage of the abdomen in a warm relaxing environment.
💧*Existing clients who have had colonics in last 12 months won’t need the full consultation allow 1 hour

holidays booked? Smart people are booking now for their pre holiday colonics.
Please note I don’t treat first timers just befor a holiday flight or getting married purely because we don’t know how your body will respond with it being a first time nothing risky or dangerous not a pooping hazard , just some people get a detox headache like a really bad hangover some feel bloated for a few days after as the bowel wakes up which isn’t ideal for flights or weddings that being said 2 weeks before is fine for a first time, regular clients know when they can book be it a couple days or a week prior to flights and special occasions.
