I graduated from the university of Derby, Buxton in June 2015 with a degree in BSc (Hons) In Sports Massage, Exercise therapies & Sports coaching and I am a member of the Sports massage association. Alongside my degree I also completed a number of courses including Kinesiology and Athletic taping and VTCT Level 3 in Sports massage and Pitchside Sports First Aid with AED training. Within my degree I worked in a clinic environment throughout the 3 years, assessing clients posture, range of motion and treating clients with sports injuries and tailoring specific sports rehabilitation programmes. I also worked alongside a Physiotherapist at Buxton RFC for 2years, where I carried out assessments, treatments, pre & post massage, and rehabilitation programmes with the players and I provided pitch-side first aid on match days.
