One class will focus on rehab and training-based movement, supporting strength, control, and confidence. The second will focus on mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

We’re excited to share some new year news. In 2026, Paul Gough Physio Rooms will be partnering with TNT Gym in Guisborough to offer small-group movement classes in a supportive gym environment. These sessions will be led by Nina and designed to suit different needs and goals.

Classes will run weekly in structured 6-week blocks, making it easier to build confidence and routine over time.
