May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and throughout the month we will be highlighting how Start service users and Hartlepool residents can look after their mental health, and the mental health of friends and family members.

Hartlepool Borough Council provides free access for residents aged 16+ to Togetherall – a safe, anonymous 24/7 online community for mental health and wellbeing support.

They provide professionally-moderated support to millions of people throughout the UK and globally. Togetherall is proven to help those struggling with stress, isolation, anxiety, depression and other issues.
