We’re growing and we are coming to Darlington. The builders are in and we should be open on July 🤞. We will be offering the same high quality Physiotherapy and Joint Injection services and will be looking to add Podiatry shortly.

This is what CRAZY looks like. At the start of the year I was approched to help prepare these four guys for the World's Toughest Row.

Today they leave the shores of the Canary Islands and will row 3000 miles to Antigua & Barbuda. 2 hours on, 2 hours off, non stop 24 hours a day for… as long as it takes.

Together we have completed physical screening to identify any potential issues with their bodies so they can train effectively. Also I have been treating them for injuries, aches and strains on the way.

This crazy challenge is being done to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Active PhysioCare is a Physiotherapy clinic located on Victoria Road in Hartlepool. The physios specialise in sports injuries and have extensive experience at the very highest levels of sport. The Head Physio Martin worked at the London 2012 Olympic Games, 2014 and 2024 Commonwealth Games and numerous World Championships. Martin is a physio with the British Olympic Sailing Team.

The physio team at Active PhysioCare also treat young athletes in a wide range of sports. Commonly, they help young footballers suffering with injuries to the knees, ankles and hips.

Working with individuals playing sport is all about keeping the players as active as possible while completing rehabilitation to ensure they recover as quick as possible from injuries and they can play at their highest potential.
