✨ M I N D F U L N E S S ✨

Some of our school groups have been completing some gorgeous mindfulness with our emotions pumpkins this week 🎃

We took a few minutes out of class to talk about how different things had made us feel throughout the day and then used those emotions to create a visual representation, with an autumnal twist 🍂
