🌿 Welcome to the Team, Alison! 🌿

We’re delighted to welcome Alison as our new Clinic Manager here at The Body Reset Clinic!

Alison brings with her a wealth of experience centred around people, care, and organisation. Her career began in the NHS, where she spent 14 years as a Community Nursery Nurse supporting families alongside Health Visitors and School Nursing teams. She then went on to manage private day nurseries before moving into office management for a family-run business — developing a broad skill set and a strong foundation in both care and administration.

Returning to the health and wellbeing sector feels like a natural step back to where Alison’s true passion lies. She’s excited to be part of our warm, supportive, and positive team — and we’re equally thrilled to have her on board!

Outside of work, Alison enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle filled with the things she loves most: long walks with her gorgeous Cavapoochon, yoga, and time spent by the sea whenever she can. She’s passionate about holistic wellbeing and loves exploring therapies such as Reiki, crystal healing, sound baths, and even cold-water therapy (yes, she has her own plunge pool at home!).

We’re so excited to welcome Jess Zahra to The Body Reset Clinic team! 💙

Jess is a Senior Physiotherapist who will be working in clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays, bringing a wealth of experience from her many years in the NHS.

With a background in Sports & Exercise Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy, Jess has specialised in musculoskeletal care, treating everything from sports injuries and post-operative rehab to chronic and pregnancy-related pain.

She’s skilled in manual therapy, acupuncture, sports massage, and exercise-based rehab, and has a real passion for helping people move freely and feel like themselves again.

Outside the clinic, Jess loves running, tennis, snowboarding and family adventures with her two young children and her energetic German Shepherd! 🐾

🌟 Meet Louise! 🌟

We’re so excited to welcome Louise to The Body Reset clinic reception team!

Louise is a watersports instructor who joined us in September 2025. Louise is excited to use her time between teaching to work for a local business where she has also been a patient. She loves learning new things and pushing herself, whether that’s trying something new or improving her current skills on the water. However she is equally just as happy getting lost in a good book.

When it comes to recharging Louise loves exploring new places and being outside. You’ll often find her walking, running, cycling, sailing, windsurfing or paddleboarding (depending on the wind!) but she also appreciates the simple pleasures in life — a cosy coffee shop, a slice of cake, and a good catch up when life needs to slow down.

We know you’ll love getting to know Louise. She’s passionate about watersports, the outdoors, knowledge, learning, and great conversations. We’re delighted to have her as part of the team and we know you’ll all love getting to know her!

“Walking in our patients’ shoes…”

At The Body Reset Clinic, we pride ourselves on understanding what our patients go through. Right now, our Clinic Director is experiencing it first-hand.

After years of helping others recover from injuries, she is now navigating her own, with degenerative joint changes, labral tears/cysts, and signs of impingement on both hips.

Today she underwent bilateral hip steroid injections to help manage her symptoms, with the likelihood of a hip replacement in the next 5–10 years.

It’s frustrating and challenging, but also a reminder of what we tell our patients every day: recovery isn’t linear, and managing injury or degeneration is as much mental as it is physical.

Once recovered, she’ll be focusing hard on rebuilding strength, because staying strong is one of the best ways to manage pain and protect joint health.

We share this openly as a reminder that we truly understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the treatment table. You’re not alone, we are walking the journey with you

✨ From Myositis HQ in Southampton to Sherfield Park — 40 miles of friendship, strength, and inspiration. ✨

At the Body Reset Clinic, we are proud to support the incredible running community - a club built on friendship, resilience, and a shared love of running.

Today, two very special people close to us deserve recognition.

Our friend, patient, and runner Kevin Bye was diagnosed with Myositis, a rare muscle-wasting disease that has taken away so much, including his ability to run long distances, something that was at the very core of who he was as a marathoner. Despite this, Kevin continues to inspire us all by running shorter distances and showing unbelievable strength and determination. 💪

In honour of Kevin, his friend (and also our patient) James Loud is taking on an extraordinary challenge today: running 40 miles from Myositis UK headquarters in Southampton back to Sherfield on Loddon. This challenge isn’t just about distance, it’s about celebrating friendship, community, and standing beside those we care about through life’s toughest battles. 🏃‍♂️❤️

If you’re local, please come along and support James as he finishes at the Sherfield Park Runners Fun Day. Your cheers and encouragement will mean the world. 🙌

The Body Reset Clinic (BRC) is a busy Physiotherapy and Injury Clinic, and we are looking for an experienced, proactive Clinic Manager to join our team!
You will lead day-to-day clinic operations, manage staff, oversee systems and finance, drive marketing and partnerships, and deputise for the Clinic Director when needed.

This is a part-time role (20–30 hours per week) with a salary of £20,800 – £31,200 per year (pro rata).

He won a silver medal in the Over 70s Singles Division of the English Open Pickleball Tournament 2025.

‘Thank you for your excellent treatment for my recent injury, which occurred after the National Pickleball Championships, in May.

Due to your treatment, I was able to play last month, in the over-70s Singles division of the English Open Pickleball Tournament 2025 (the biggest Pickleball tournament in the world, outside the US).

I was fortunate enough to pick up a Silver medal, after playing 7 gruelling singles games in 3 hours.
