Here are just a few wonderful faces from our clients who have run marathons this season. 💚

We know there were many more of you out there, and it’s been so lovely seeing all the updates come through. We feel so proud!
Everyone has their own reason for being there, their own training journey, and their own moments along the way that no one else really sees, but we’ve seen all the ups and downs and the challenges along the way.

What they all have in common is the work that goes into getting to that start line.
The early mornings, the long runs, the weeks where things don’t feel quite right, and the decision to keep going anyway. It’s never as straightforward as it looks on the day.

We feel really lucky to be part of even a small piece of that for some of you, and to be able to follow along as it all comes together. It makes this job so fulfilling.
If you were part of a marathon or half marathon recently, whether it was London or somewhere else, you should feel incredibly proud of yourself.

Huge thank you to these 6 for sharing their photos with us.

If we’ve ever helped you, or supported someone you care about, this is a small way you can support us. We’d be beyond grateful for your vote.

I still can’t quite believe I’m saying this, but we’ve made the finals for Best Wellbeing Specialist 😄🥳

When I started The Body Reset Clinic 12 years ago, it was never about awards or recognition. I just wanted to create a place where people felt properly listened to, supported, and cared for.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping so many amazing people, through injuries, setbacks, frustrations, and also some really special milestones along the way.

If we’ve ever helped you in any way, or perhaps someone you know, I’d be so grateful if you’d consider voting for us.

I’ve been thinking about this all week, and I’m still not sure I can quite put into words how proud we are of Amy.

She ran her first marathon, the Brighton Marathon, on 12th April, finishing in 5 hours 17 minutes. She has been training steadily since November as a client at the Body Reset Clinic, and it really wasn’t a straightforward journey the whole way through.

There were times she felt tired, times where things didn’t feel quite right, and moments where it would have been very easy to question whether to keep going. But she just kept showing up and, more importantly, listened when her body needed something different.

This marathon meant so much to her.
She ran it for her friend Helen, who went through lymphoma and very nearly lost her life, and who has somehow come out the other side supporting and inspiring others. That says everything about why Amy chose to do this.

Nicola and I went down to Brighton to support her on the day, and I don’t mind admitting we both felt quite emotional watching her come through and cross that finish line.

It’s always special seeing someone complete a marathon, but even more so when you’ve seen the quieter moments behind it. The training, the adjustments, and the effort that no one else really sees.

With the London Marathon coming up this weekend, we know there will be so many people out there running for reasons just like this. Many of our clients will be on that start line, and we are so proud of all of them for even getting this far.

Well done, Amy 💚

The atmosphere, the support, the determination, and those moments where you keep going even when it feels tough. To everyone who ran the Fleet Half Marathon just over a week ago, you should feel incredibly proud of what you’ve done. ⭐️

We saw so many of you out there pushing through, supporting each other, and crossing that finish line with everything you had left. We really enjoyed meeting so many of you and giving pre and post race massages.

If your legs are feeling a little heavy this week, or something feels tighter than usual, that’s completely normal. After an event like this, your body has worked hard. Giving it a bit of support now can make a big difference to how you recover and how you feel over the next few weeks.

As a small way of supporting you, we’re offering Fleet Half runners 20% off at the clinic.

If you picked up a flyer, just bring it along to your appointment with your medal. A digital version is absolutely fine too, which was emailed out to all runners. If you didn’t get a flyer just get in touch with us.

The best place to start is usually an initial assessment, where one of our therapists can understand what your body needs and guide your recovery. Especially if you feel you may have sustained an injury. Or if you just want a recovery massage you can book a sports massage.

We’re here if you need us, and we’d love to support you getting back to feeling your best.

T&Cs: 20% off one appointment at The Body Reset Clinic. Valid until 31st May 2026. Must show your flyer voucher and a Fleet Half Marathon 2026 finisher’s medal to redeem. One voucher per person. Not valid with other offers. Subject to availability. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Easter always feels like a bit of a pause for me.
A chance to slow things down slightly, even just for a couple of days.

I think a lot of people need that more than they realise! We see so many people who just keep going through busy weeks, work, family, training and often only stop when something starts to hurt.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more but about giving your body a bit of space to catch up.
Whether that’s getting outside for a walk, having a slower morning or just noticing how things are actually feeling.

That can make more of a difference than people expect. I hope you take a breather this long weekend, and wishing you all a Happy Easter! May the Easter Bunny bring you some calm and I hope you make some time for yourself this weekend too. Whatever you’re doing this weekend, I hope you get a bit of time for yourself. X

Physio-led Pilates is different.
It’s not about getting through a routine. It’s about understanding your body, how it moves, and what it actually needs to feel stronger and more supported.
This is why we keep our classes small and closely guided here in Hartley Wintney.

If you’ve been dealing with niggles, stiffness, or just feel like your body isn’t quite working how it used to, this can be a really helpful place to start.

We’ve got limited spaces on our April courses. DM or phone us to book your space.

What a day at the Fleet Half Marathon. We love being a part of this event. The turnout is incredible. The community support is heartwarming. We met so many of you and enjoyed hearing about your stories, your race and training and discussing some of the running or muscular challenges you have. Huge congratulations if you ran today. Just getting to the start line is an achievement, no matter what happened from there. 👏

You should have been given a little gift from us to use before the end of May, so make sure you take advantage of that and book online early enough to get a slot that works for you. ☺️

Big pat on the back today. Remember to hydrate well. Gentle mobility for a couple of days. And hopefully a well earned night sleep tonight. 👏

Many runners think recovery means foam rolling later, if they remember. It’s not always easy and lifestyle takes over and we rush straight back into our daily habits.

Often the most useful bit is the first few minutes after the run.

If your calves, hips or lower back always feel tight later in the day, try giving your body a gentler “landing” before you get back in the car or rush on with life.

It only takes a few minutes and a good recovery habit does not need to be complicated.
It just needs to help your body come down from the run properly.

Save this so you can try it after your next run.

With the Fleet Half Marathon approaching, we are aware that running often carries stories far beyond the finish line.

We recently saw a local runner sharing that she is running in memory of her parents who she lost to cancer. It’s a powerful reminder that behind every runner or race there is often a deeply personal reason for being there.

Some people run for health.
Some for challenge.
Some for community.
And sometimes people run for those who can’t.

If you’re taking part in the Fleet Half Marathon at the end of the month, we’d love to hear your story.
What’s your reason for running?

Good luck to all the runners in their last week of preparing. Take it easy this week. Look after your body and muscles and get plenty of sleep. If you fancy a prep or post massage at the event we will be there and hope to meet you there!
