As we move into 2026, my intention for the studio (and for my teaching) remains the same: to offer a space that supports rest, reconnection, and sustainable practice where you don’t have to strive, fix, or perform. Here’s when you can meet me on the mat 💚

More dark than light today.
A season for slowing, listening, trusting.
The return of light starts here.

Teaching is where I feel most alive.🧡

Holding space, reading the room, guiding people back into their bodies through breath, movement and gentle hands-on support.

There’s something powerful about watching a group arrive on their mats and slowly shift moving together, softening together, trusting the process in their own way.

My role isn’t to make the practice perfect; it’s to help people feel safe, seen and supported as they explore what their body needs.
Every cue, every assist, every moment of connection is intentional.

Teaching isn’t about performing it’s about presence.
It’s meeting people where they are, offering the guidance that helps them deepen without pushing, and holding space for whatever arises.

And if you know me, you know there’s always room for a little laugh and a giggle on the mat 😂🤪 because the practice gets to feel good too!!

There’s a moment in Warrior III when you’re not sure if you’re about to fall or about to fly… and that’s exactly where the magic lives. ✨
I’m learning to trust that space, wobbles, uncertainty, beautifully human place where growth happens long before grace arrives.

✨Re-introducing myself…✨

I’m Amy, a Yoga teacher based in Hartley, Kent, guiding everything from slow, nurturing Yin to the strong, uplifting energy of Rocket Vinyasa.

Before yoga, I lived many versions of myself.
I was once a theatre performer and worked abroad (maybe explains why I can be a little dramatic 😂) I’ve worked pretty much every job going tbh, from waitressing, to hosting at Glastonbury, to working huge Excel events, to stacking shelves at Waitrose, to working in a Nursery, the CV is endless.

Every chapter taught me something about people, presence, and how much I love making others feel comfortable, uplifted, and truly seen.

Yoga didn’t start as a career for me.
During lockdown, I actually taught myself, not just the movements, but the philosophy, the breath, the stillness.
It became my anchor when the world felt uncertain. I practiced, I studied, I explored… and something inside me softened and strengthened at the same time.

I never planned to teach.
It was an unexpected doorway I walked through almost by accident, thanks to a dear friend who insisted I join her on a teacher training 💚

I still remember leaving my first class with
Something shifted inside me. Something quiet but powerful. It felt like coming home to myself. And I never looked back.

I’m soft, but I’m strong.
Calm, but fiery. 😉
And yes… I still demolish Dairy Milk chocolate bar because life is about balance 😉

What I do know is this:
I genuinely love making people feel good, held, supported, and seen.
There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching someone breathe deeper, soften, open, or simply feel more themselves after class.
It’s why I teach. It’s why I show up.

If you’re here because you want to feel better in your body, gentler with your mind, or part of a space that feels real, warm, human, and safe you’re in the right place.

This is me. Fully.
And I’m truly grateful you’re here.
