🇩🇰 HYROX Copenhagen – Let’s Go Team! 🇩🇰

A small team of us are flying out to Copenhagen this week to take on Mixed Doubles at HYROX Copenhagen on Saturday, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work everyone has put in to get here.

First up, I was originally set to compete with Rich Cope with the goal of seeing what we could achieve before stepping onto the World stage. Unfortunately, Rich has had to pull out due to injury.

That means Russ steps in. Russ couldn’t get a solo ticket, so he’ll now join me in Mixed Doubles. Honestly, Russ is the fittest he’s been since starting his HYROX training. His dedication and determination have been second to none. He’s in the right mindset now, so let’s see how far we can push and what we can achieve together.

Next up we’ve got Adele and Matt. This is Adele’s HYROX debut, and I’m really excited to see what she can do alongside Matt, who’s now becoming a regular on the HYROX circuit. Adele has worked incredibly hard and has grown massively in confidence, strength, and power. She’s looking really strong right now — now it’s time to put it to the test.

🔥 Good Luck Hayley & Matt – HYROX Glasgow Mixed Doubles 🔥

Tomorrow evening, Hayley and Matt take on the HYROX Glasgow Mixed Doubles for the very first time.

What makes this even more special is that they’ve mainly trained separately, yet when it matters they’ve come together and worked in real harmony as a team.

Hayley has worked incredibly hard for this moment. I’ve watched her grow so much in confidence over time and her improvement — both mentally and physically — has been amazing to see. Her dedication speaks for itself. Travelling 45 minutes twice a week just to train with us and be pushed, shows the level of commitment she brings every single session.

This girl truly deserves to do well. And hopefully this race helps her realise just how good she is and how far she has already come.

Hayley & Matt — go out there, smash it and enjoy every second.
Be proud of everything you’ve achieved to get to this start line.

Women’s Pro Doubles 🌟
What a weekend. So lovely to spend the weekend with Krisi and her team. We took to the floor on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time we had raced together and I loved it, I enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for a great race Krisi 🙌🔥

I felt so strong and totally in the flow throughout the race. We finished in a time of 1:06:02 and we know we have so much more to give. This is just the beginning of something better to come and excited to see what we can achieve at the World Championships in June.

I feel grateful and privileged to have qualified in each category for the Worlds

Massive well done to the FEN Team who competed in the Cirencester 10KM on Sunday! 💪

These guys meet most Sundays for their long runs, and today just proves what consistency, teamwork and support can do. 👏

Huge shoutout to Charlotte and Russ on their personal bests! 🔥
Russ knocked 3+ minutes off his time, and Charlotte took over 2 minutes off — and that’s with stopping twice! Sub-50 is absolutely coming next time 👊

Nick was flying up until 8KM but had to ease off with a calf injury. He still dug deep and got it done — proper grit and determination 💥

An amazing achievement by all. So proud of every single one of you 💕👌🙌

🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT – ANDY 🌟

Andy reached out to me just before Christmas. Frustrated. Deflated. Feeling like he’d gone completely off the rails. This is a man who LOVED training. A proper gym advocate.

Back in 2021, Andy smashed my 6 Week Shred, moved into 1-1 PT, classes and dialled in his nutrition. It became a lifestyle. He got himself into the best shape of his life in his 50s. 💪🔥

Then life threw a curveball.

Two years ago Andy was diagnosed with atypical angina. Exercise became stop-start… and then last March, he was told he couldn’t train at all. The gym had been his outlet. His headspace. His routine. Without it, he hit a real slump.

After surgery he managed 6 months of training before heart issues returned. He was advised to stop again… and in his own words, it became:
“F*ck it then.”

The weight crept back on. A stone gained. Confidence dipped. That was his turning point. We sat down, had an honest consultation, and committed to what he could control — his nutrition.

No training.
No cardio.
Just consistency with food.

6 weeks later…

✨ 13lbs down.
✨ Target hit within 4 days of finishing.
✨ Confidence restored.

This Sunday the team lines up at the Cirencester 10km and we couldn’t be prouder of the work they’ve put in to get here.

Through rain, hail, freezing mornings and dark nights — they’ve shown up. Week after week. Mile after mile. 💪

They’re heading into this race stronger, fitter, and more prepared than ever. The consistency has been unreal and the progress speaks for itself. Now it’s time to trust the training, enjoy the atmosphere, and see what’s possible on the day.

Full circle moments ✨

This weekend in Katowice, Krisi and I will be competing together for the very first time in Women’s Pro Doubles — and honestly, this feels pretty special.

We first met back in 2013, lining up against each other in an X-training event. From there, it was years of head-to-head racing… until HYROX entered the picture in October 2022. In our very first HYROX races, we both took 1st place in our age groups, qualifying for Worlds — and that’s where the idea of joining forces really started.

We’ve talked about teaming up for years, and now it’s finally happening. Saturday afternoon, we hit the dance floor together 💃🔥

Let’s see what we can achieve with positivity, fun, grit, and determination — and a whole lot of trust in the process.

What an incredible achievement!

Mitch has lost a staggering 38lbs… and how amazing does he look 👌🔥

When Mitch started the Shred, some people didn’t think he would keep the weight off. Well… he didn’t just keep it off — he completely transformed his physique and made it a lifestyle.

Massive shout out to my incredible client, Immy 💪🔥

Two years ago, Immy started her journey with me. In February 2024 she committed to her first 6-week shred and smashed it — losing her first stone 👏

Fast forward to 2025, she stepped up again, completed another shred, and achieved another stone loss. But what makes this transformation so special isn’t just the results… it’s her consistency.

Immy never gave up. She kept checking in, stayed on track, and chipped away week by week. The total - An incredible 3 stone lost 🤯🔥

And she’s done all of this while studying for her A-Levels and now being at University 🎓
