Big shout out to the team heading to Cardiff this week 👊

Imogen and Charlotte make their debut — they’ve put in months of solid, consistent work with complete focus. I’m excited to see what they can achieve individually on the big stage.

Nick and Hannah return for round two together, this time with one goal: go faster.

The Goss brothers team up in Men’s Doubles — a seriously dangerous pairing.

Rich steps onto the HYROX floor alongside his son for his first race — a special one.

Mark and Jon are back to build on previous performances and push their times down.

Tim and Leanne pair up for the first time in Mixed Doubles — a partnership built through plenty of shared training sessions.

Good luck to Russ and Matt as they take on HYROX Solo in Warsaw this weekend 💪🔥

Russ has put in the work — building his endurance, sharpening his mindset, and showing up consistently. He’s earned his shot at a personal best, and it’s going to be exciting to see it all come together on race day.

Matt brings serious strength and natural ability to the floor. If his fitness lines up on the day, he’s got every chance to put in a strong performance.

The hard work is done now — time to dial in, trust the training, and deliver when it counts.

Big shoutout to my client Jon as he gears up for his very first HYROX in Cologne tomorrow morning💪🔥

I’ve known Jon for years, and one thing that’s always stood out is his consistency. Training has never been a phase for him — it’s a priority, and that mindset is exactly what’s brought him to this point.

At the end of February, Jon reached out to get race-ready. Since then, we’ve put together a structured plan combining an online training programme, weekly 1-1 PT sessions, and HYROX group sessions whenever he could make them. Alongside that, we dialled in his nutrition to make sure he was properly fuelled — and the results have shown.

What’s been most impressive is the way he’s handled adversity. Carrying an injury hasn’t held him back — he’s still shown up, put in the work, and given 100% every single time.

Jon, you’ve put in the hours, the effort, and the discipline. Now it’s time to go out there, enjoy the experience, and let all that hard work do the talking.

Big weekend ahead for the team as we take on the Tewkesbury Half Marathon this Sunday 💪

Weets is using this as a key part of his prep for Ironman 70.3 in May — a great opportunity to test both fitness and endurance out on the course.

Matt will be chasing a personal best as he builds towards Hyrox Doubles at the start of May alongside his brother. This is a perfect stepping stone.

Russ is also aiming for a PB, just one week out from his Hyrox Solo in Warsaw — a strong performance here will set the tone going into race week.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a few of the team sidelined due to injury — Charlotte Goss, Mark Collins, and Nick Bates. Wishing you all a speedy recovery, we’ll have you back stronger soon 👊

To the lads racing: all the hard work is done. Now it’s time to show your fitness, your mindset, and everything you’ve built in training.

🔥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT – 69 YEARS YOUNG 🔥

I am SO proud of Leigh… honestly, what she has achieved is nothing short of phenomenal. At 69 years old, she looks absolutely incredible 💪

This is exactly why I always say… age is NOT a barrier.

Here’s what she had to say after completing my 6 Week Shred 👇

“I just had to email to tell you how ecstatic I feel after doing ‘The Shred’. I spent 2 years trying to lose that half a stone – the results were 1lb off and then 1lb on – it felt very demotivating.

I stuck to your ‘Shred’ programme like glue, and worked with you on strength training – via PT and group sessions – and the pounds came off bit by bit. Because I didn’t have much weight to lose, I doubted I would actually get down to the weight I wanted… but I have.

I am now maintaining through ‘normal’ eating (without going crazy), and then have a few days back on the nutrition programme you sent me. I did eat 5 cream eggs last week 😅 and was scared to weigh… but after a weekend back on plan I am still 8st 8lb!!!!”

Still smiling after our very first Health & Well-Being Retreat yesterday 💛

A massive thank you to all the incredible ladies who made this day so special. From the very start, the energy was amazing — we kicked off with an hour of functional fitness where everyone supported each other, shared plenty of laughs, and showed real strength, power, and alignment. Exactly what it’s all about.

We then slowed things down with a hot drink, some delicious healthy treats (made by Gwen), and time to chat and connect. The lovely Beth guided us through a beautiful hour of yoga, helping us stretch, reset, and get into the right mindset for the afternoon ahead. 🧘‍♀️💕

After another cosy drink, we dived into a discussion around nutrition — focusing on how our needs evolve as women, and practical guidance around food and supplements to support our health as we get older.

Lunch was an absolute highlight — a scrumptious spread prepared by the talented Charlotte at Mish Mash Cooking 👏

The afternoon brought a shift in pace with our mindfulness walk — the quietest, most reflective part of the day. A big thank you to Jenny for guiding us through the second half of the route so thoughtfully.

We then finished with the most calming and grounding soundbath with Dan… the perfect way to close such a wholesome day. ✨

I feel so grateful to have spent this time with such fantastic human beings. Thank you all for bringing such warmth, openness, and positivity.
