SOLO SUCCESS 🏆
What an achievement! Less than two years ago, Nick walked into The Barn looking exhausted and wondering what he’d actually signed up for.
From day one, he committed.
Through 3x weekly Group Training combined with a 6-week nutrition plan, Nick got stronger, fitter, and leaner—and he was hooked. That commitment led him to his first X-Training competition last December, where he placed 2nd overall in Intermediate 🥈.
But the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical.
Nick grew in confidence, mentally and physically. In March, he took on his first HYROX Doubles, finishing with an impressive 1:19.
Week after week, Nick showed up—through the highs, the lows, and even the joys of injuries—remaining consistent, resilient, and focused. Over the past year, he has truly become an athlete, and his performance reflects that commitment.
A few months ago, Nick told me he’d entered HYROX Poznań – Men’s Solo. I couldn’t wait to see what he’d do. Even now, I don’t think he fully realises how much he’s improved over the last 12 months.
Saturday proved it all.
Nick stayed strong and consistent across every run, dug deep at every stage, and delivered an outstanding performance, finishing with a phenomenal time of 1:28 👌🙌
