I had the pleasure of attuning 5 amazing people to Reiki level 2 on Sunday and I can’t wait to see their progress!! I know these 5 people will move forward with Reiki in their hearts and I know that a treatment from any of them will be so full of love!

My next course dates will be released in the next few weeks. I make no secret that Reiki changed me in so many ways and I actively work Reiki into my daily life and I feel this comes across in my teaching. It so much more that being able to give treatments to others, it begins inside ourselves and helps us to live a life full of love!! My courses start with some online learning which you can do in your own time with a support group for each level. When we meet in person we will meditate, talk around Reiki, you will be attuned and have the opportunity to learn how to heal yourself and others.

It’s truly a privilege to be able to carry forward the traditional and western style of Reiki and an absolute pleasure! If you would like to know more then please pm. If you want to book onto the courses, keep an eye out on the website and pages for further announcements.

My card for the day and it couldn’t be more relevant!! This card tells us to take a step back, see where our energy is going, is it going somewhere it shouldn’t?? For me, I’ve come to end of university but still it carries on as I’m unable to get my classification meaning I won’t graduate with my peers meaning I’m yet to be able to register as a paramedic. I can get caught up with just how unfair this is, victim mentality! But in reality it has nothing to do with me, the university have messed up, it’s their error, there is nothing I can do to control the situation, I have to just wait till they fix the error. I will be able to get my registration and I will be able to graduate, it will just be much later than promised. And I have to be ok with that!! It’s hard to not take on the energy of something that is utterly not in your control and I do keep slipping into the ‘why me’ mindset! But, for today, I will redirect my energy to where it is needed, not where it is being drained from!! ❤️❤️❤️

🌕 Full moon in Aries, who is feeling the power?! ✨

I’m not ashamed to say, I’ve had a bit of a healing crisis! I make no secret that my life hasn’t been the most plain sailing and sometimes that past trauma comes up to the surface. After an intense journey, I found myself revisiting some really hard times in my life. For now I’m embracing the lesson I learnt during my journey and taking that time to heal deeper than before. So if I’m a little bit awol you know why! 🌱🍄🌱🍄

The last few days have been exhausting!! I have been studying at uni for the last 4 years to become a paramedic and am a few days into my induction after graduating. All the familiar uncertainty creeps in ‘I can’t do this’ imposter syndrome!! Luckily my beautiful sister reminded me ‘just for today’ part of the Reiki principles encouraging us to be in the moment, be mindful. Reiki is not just a course, a way to be a practitioner, it’s a way of life and this reminded me of exactly that! As soon as I have my new rota I will be posting my next courses! Also in the pipeline is an online course with a shorter in person element for those who would like to take their time i or find it hard to commit to the 2 full days. What this space! ❤️

I’m off to Mind Body and Spirit today in Ipswich snd can’t wait!! But in the mean time, here is this!! Magic mushrooms, those containing psilocybin, are in fact a class A drug!!! Why? Thats a long story! Thankfully it’s not against the law to talk about them and educate ourselves about them!

👋 Soooo hello!! I thought I would introduce myself!! As I mentioned, some may know me as one of the faces behind .path. Meraki has been the most amazing experience, sharing a business with my sister has been amazing but it is time time to grow!!

I’m a mum of many, 6 beautiful children, a paramedic and a person always searching for more knowledge. My main interest is around health, physical, spiritual and mental health, and how to improve them in the most natural way possible. My journey started with learning Reiki, then crystal healing and it’s snowballed from there! My ultimate aim to have a space to practice all that I have been learning. I’m also a Cacao facilitator and have a very keen interest in psychedelics and how they can affect mental and spiritual health.

Although this page is for my Reiki training and Cacao offerings, I also hope to share more about plant medicine such as psychedelics so that others can follow!!

Huge disclaimer, as a medical professional, my offerings in no way replace conventional medicine but I do hope that sharing what I have learnt can help others overcome conditions such as anxiety and depression. So doctors first always!!

I have to say, these last few weeks have been insightful!! I’ve gone through sadness, defeat, excitement, feeling lost, anger and happiness, you name it!! Most surprising to me has been the overwhelming call from Mama Cacao to work with her!

With the upcoming new moon, I’ve embraced new beginnings. A new job starts Monday, new opportunities to learn about cacao and plant medicine, and I’m embracing it all!! I think my cards were also giving me that not so subtle nudge to get working with plant medicine 🌱🍄.

I can’t wait to bring my offerings to those that truly need it! How do you work with Cacao? And that’s your favourite recipe? I’m going with cinnamon and chilli this week, embracing the new cycle, the east and fire! 🔥

So I thought I would explain why I decided on my name Danu Healing Hub. Healing Hub is pretty self explanatory but Danu? Let me tell you more about her!

Having Celtic roots myself, I’ve always been fascinated by Celtic Mythology, the Gods and Goddesses, and the one who I was drawn to most of all is Danu, the Great Mother. She was thought to be the mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann, an ancient collective of supernatural beings from Ireland. She is a goddess of fertility, bounty, plenty, prosperity, wind, rivers, water, wells, wisdom, and inspiration.

As a mum of many with a quite colourful life, I feel so much connection to Danu. I hope to harness her wisdom and carry that forward to my future offerings.
