Running into the new year โœŒ๏ธ

Ive never really enjoyed running, hence why itโ€™s taken me so long to get back to it after surgery. Iโ€™ve been doing some work on the treadmill and change of direction drills but today was my first steady outside run and it felt great ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

A little heavy in the legs but that might have something to do with the fact Iโ€™ve put on at least 3kg over Christmas and had Guinness coming out as sweat๐Ÿบ.
