Dear patients,
We apologise that this morning we have lost access to all our servers. This includes our clinical systems and phones.
Our IT team are looking into this urgently and we will update on this page as soon as we know any further information.

After nearly 25 years of working at Mayflower Medical Centre, today we say goodbye and wish a very happy and well deserved retirement to our wonderful Ruth.
Ruth will have helped many of our patients over the years on our reception so please join us in wishing her well 🥰🥰

Advance Notice: Half Day Closure
The surgery is closing at 12 noon on Thursday 27th November 2025 and our phone lines will be transferred to 111. The usual evening surgery will still take place.
Please be aware that the half day closure has been arranged by Suffolk and North East Essex ICB and applies to all surgeries in this area.

We apologise that our digital platform askmyGP is currently down. This is an issue affecting many practices and it is being worked on. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you through this system at the moment but our team are available by phone and at our front desk if you have an urgent medical issue that needs attention today.
