And it's a wrap, last reflexology clients today before Christmas.

Thank you to each and every one of you who have come to see me for reflexology, you absolutely fill my cup with happiness.

Next year will be a challenge for me for personal reasons, but I plan to carry on as this is what I love doing.

I was so lucky to be gifted this lovely candle from a client yesterday, the perfect gift for a reflexologist ❤️

I caught up with the R4 interview with Kirsty Young regarding her huge health challenges with pain, fibromyalgia and arthritis. As part of her recovery and management, she references how helpful she found reflexology.

“ ….Reflexology which I thought was surely a load of old tosh! But I opened my mind to it and that really helped, it helped with joint swelling, it helped with inflammation, it helped with pain. So I found a really good person to do that.”
