Forest Soundbath at the Sustainability Centre.

It was a great honour to play a sold out sound journey session in the stunning setting of Wood Hall at the Sustainability Centre in East Meon on Wednesday evening. The hall is nestled deep within the woods, with open sides giving a beautiful view of the natural surroundings. A place of peace and contemplation, and a perfect location for a sound meditation session. The hall has a majestic atmosphere with its large crossed beams and slightly elevated platform.

The view through a gap in the trees down the far end of the hall offers a far reaching vista of the rolling hills, stretching far into the distance. This is a deeply inspiring location and it provided the perfect synergy between the therapeutic sounds of the gongs and nature, each complimenting the other, all connected.

I will be playing one more session this year at the Centre as part of a workshop session on 6th September, Creative Forest Bathing and Therapeutic Sound.

Sound journey sessions this week.

The feature instrument at these sessions will be a new 42 inch gong with a powerful and beautiful sound, this will be accompanied by other large gongs to create a gentle soundscape to sooth and relax you.

There are still spaces left for the regular monthly sessions at White Eagle Lodge and Cowdray Hall.
The last 2 Sunday sessions at Wisley Gardens have sold out.

I have had to cancel the extended session on Saturday as there was not enough interest to make it viable, very sorry if anyone was going to book onto it last minute.

I have been deeply grateful for all of the kind comments online and in person about my recent RSA appointment, thank you so much to all of you for your kind words, it is greatly appreciated.

The second session at Wisley Gardens went very well and I have just found out that the last 2 sessions for this month have also sold out!

Big News!

I am honoured and delighted to announce that I have just been made a Fellow for The Royal Society of Arts! This is the most significant step on my development with sound and listening and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity.

As many of you know, I have significant hearing loss, especially in certain frequencies and I have overcome this challenge by developing multi-sensory listening methods over years of practice and cross referencing sounds with feeling, vibration and the senses. This has been hugely empowering and I have found these skills are not only useful for those with hearing loss, but they have far reaching potential generally for our health and wellbeing as they are powerful tools to aid meditation, relaxation and mindfulness.

My passion is to share the benefts of multi-sensory listening through sound therapy and resonant percussion to bring the health and wellbeing benefits to a much wider audience.

I will be celebrating this weekend whilst playing at a series of soundbaths in wonderful and beautiful settings, including The Green Door Centre in Bosham (tonight), Quinnettes Barn in Churt (Saturday) and Wisley Gardens (Sunday).

Last Night at Alice Holt Forest.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to last nights outdoor forest soundbath at Alice Holt. Thank you also for bringing all your positive energy and for so many kind and generous comments afterwards. It was a great honour to play for you and it was the perfect synergy between the sound of the gongs and the beautiful natural surroundings.

I am really looking forward to the next one in August!

Gongs, swans and a heron! I just wanted to share some lovely photos from last nights session at Warnham Local Nature Reserve. The lake was absolutely teeming with wildlife, including swans and a heron!
Its always a great privilege to play there and seeing the landscape filled with so many wonderful birds yesterday made it one of the most precious moments there.

I run 2 regular soundbath sessions in the Farnham area, and many other venues further afield.
