Last Night / Gongbath Special Event.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended the gongbath event at North Heath Hall in Horsham last night. It was wonderful to share the larger gong set up with you and the hall is an excellent location for these special events.

I will arrange afew further dates for gongbaths at North Heath in the near future.

I am looking forward to returning to the beautiful Quinnettes Barn on Sunday 8th March for my (slightly earlier than ususal) sound journey in this stunning building.

The barn is a large 17th centruy barn situated next to the original manor house. It is now a quiet residential area and the surroundings add to the tranquility of the space.

A perfect combination of calming sounds and a peaceful setting for a Sunday afternoon!

This session will include a 90 minute drumming circle followed by a 30 minute gongbath with a magnificent 42 inch gong.

Soundbaths in Horsham.

I am running several soundbath sessions over the next few weeks in Horsham including my first event for the year at Warnham Local Nature Reserve, a gongbath special event at North Heath Hall and my regular monthly session at Holbrook Barn.

Soundbath meditations sessions provide the opportunity for you to take time out for yourself and to rest and relax, reducing stress and anxiety and promoting better sleep.

Sounds at the Castle!

I am absolutely delighted to announce a special event at Southsea Castle!

On Tuesday 12th May at 3pm I will be running an outdoor soundbath on the top of the castle overlooking the Solent.

This will be a unique opportunity for a memorable and powerful experience, combining the sounds of the gongs, with the natural and historic environments.
