Winter Solstice Sound Journey Session

Feeling Sound – explore the multi-sensory aspects of therapeutic sound for health and wellbeing in this calming meditation session.

Rest, relax and restore yourself as you immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds of a range of large gongs carefully selected for this special event. The gongs blend their tones together to make a subtle and yet complex soundscape which can have a wide range of health benefits.

No previous experience is needed and all will be explained in advance.

Make time for yourself and look after your wellness as you listen to the magnificent sounds of the gongs and celebrate the winter solstice.

Champneys Soundbath , Monday 24th November, 7pm.

A quick note for Champneys members. I will be running a soundbath session at Champneys, Forest Mere next Monday 24th November at 7pm.

This session will be on dry land, and I hope to do more floating soundbath sessions in the warmer weather.

It was a great pleasure to be back last night (Thursday) at White Eagle Lodge for my regular monthly session there. I will be back again on 18th December.

Sound journey meditation session at Camden Arts Centre, Sunday 23rd November, 1pm.

Find peace and tranquillity in the heart of London as you immerse your senses in the beautiful and therapeutic sounds of the gongs, accompanied by singing bowls and other gentle instruments. Allow yourself to find a sense of deep relaxation and tranquillity as the sounds wash over you, bringing you back to a state of equilibrium and balance.

The session will take place in one of the magnificent gallery spaces at the centre. A range of large gongs will be carefully selected for the event to give a unique blend of sounds for the occasion.

Full Moon at Warnham.

On Thursday I had the great privilege of playing again at Warnham Local Nature Reserve in Horsham with the beautiful backdrop of the full moon casting light and shadow onto the magnificent lake and natural surroundings. It is an amazing location and it always looks stunning as it changes with the seasons. It was an amazing experience playing and feeling the deep resonances of the gongs and looking up to see the moon shinning so brightly over our sound meditation.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, it was a deep privilege to play for you.

Sound and Resonance Mini-Retreat next weekend. Sunday 9th November 1-5pm, Cowdray Hall, Midhurst.

Drumming circle with closing gongbath tomorrow (Sunday 26th) at Cowdray Hall in Midhurst, 3pm.

I will be returning to Alton Community Centre for another sound journey session for health and wellbeing on Sunday 30th November at 6pm.

Special Event: Drumming Circle at Cowdray Hall, Midhurst, next weekend, Sunday 26th October, 3pm.

I will be running a one off drumming circle session in the main hall at Cowdray next weekend. This will be a rare opportunity to experience the beautiful and powerful resonances of collective drumming in this lovely location. The session will involve 90 minutes of drumming for meditation and wellbeing, followed by a closing gongbath with one magnificent 42 inch gong.

The session is accessible and you can go at your own pace, there will be variations in tempo and you can either play or take time to relax and absorb the vibrations. Drums are provided and no previous experience is necessary.

The 42 inch gong will provide the opportunity to relax and centre yourself at the end of the session. This gong is the main instrument I used at the St Pauls Cathedral event and provides a stunning spectrum of sounds and will give a fitting ending to the session.

This is the only planned event of this kind at the present moment.
