Our Summer Party on Saturday, July19th was a heart warming celebration of joy, and togetherness! With the presence of our lovely residents, their families, members of the local community, and the honoured guest — the Deputy Mayoress — the day was truly special.

Laughter filled the air as everyone enjoyed live music treat by the singer Natasha, delicious food, fun games including Raffle prices, and also we set a lovely Cocktail bar and beautiful decorations that brought the spirit of summer to life. From the smiles of residents to the warm conversations shared between generations, every moment reminded us how vibrant our community truly is.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to the Deputy Mayoress for her gracious presence, and to all who helped make the event so joyful and memorable. It was a true celebration of community, connection, and the simple joy of being together.

On the afternoon of the 14th, we introduced Tai Chi to our residents and staffs for the very first time — and it was a wonderful experience!

The gentle movements and calming energy of the session brought smiles, relaxation, and a sense of wellbeing to everyone who took part. It was heartwarming to see how much the residents enjoyed it, and we're looking forward to making this a regular part of our activities.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Greenacre for their generous support in sponsoring the gazebos and a lovely parasol for our Summer Fête Party.

Your thoughtful contribution added both comfort and charm to the day, helping us create a welcoming and festive atmosphere for our residents and guests. The shade provided by the gazebos and parasol made a real difference, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration to the fullest.

A Beautiful Day Out to Petersfield Heath Pond!!!

We enjoyed a truly delightful day with our lovely residents on a scenic drive to Petersfield Heath Pond. Surrounded by nature's beauty, the peaceful atmosphere offered the perfect setting for a relaxing outing. Residents took in the stunning views, shared stories, and savoured the fresh air while strolling by the water.

The day was made even more special with a lovely picnic, complete with delicious food and refreshing drinks. Laughter and smiles filled the air, creating cherished memories for everyone.

On our way back, we made a brief stop at the iconic Devil's Punch Bowl, where residents had the chance to enjoy the breath taking landscape and stretch their legs one last time before heading home.

It was a heart warming day full of joy, connection, and the simple pleasure of being outdoors together.

On the afternoon of July 9th, our residents embarked on an exciting adventure with our Armchair Travel experience—this time, we travelled to the beautiful islands of Hawaii!

One of our lounges was transformed into a realistic flight setting, complete with a boarding gate, where passports and boarding passes were checked by our enthusiastic Activity Teams. Even a light-hearted security check added to the fun!

Once "on board," residents took their seats and enjoyed a fun quiz competition, followed by refreshing drinks, juices, and tasty snacks served during the "flight."

Upon "landing" in Hawaii, residents were treated to stunning visuals and stories about Hawaiian beauty spots, creating a truly immersive and joyful afternoon. It was a creative and memorable journey
