This month is PTSD awareness month. PTSD can go easily unrecognised as we brush off feelings of confusion and disconnection - or attribute them to something else.
Understanding the causes and symptoms, which are sometimes subtle, is key to understanding and being able to finding appropriate, trauma-informed therapy and support.
REWIND is an effective, non-disclosure treatment for PTSD - which can be successful in a single session.
