👂✨ A gentle reminder from Fresh Hearing ✨👂

To help us give you the best possible results at your ear wax removal appointment, we kindly ask that you prepare your ears beforehand.

Unless you are medically exempt, please use olive oil drops in each ear for a couple of days prior to your visit. This softens the wax and makes removal much more effective and comfortable. If you are unsure, please call the reception team who will advise you.

If ears aren’t properly prepped, unfortunately we can’t guarantee successful removal. In those cases, it may be beyond the audiologist’s control and another appointment may need to be arranged once the wax has been softened.

If you realise you haven’t prepared in time, please consider rescheduling your appointment. This helps us offer that slot to someone else who is ready to be seen 🙏
