Outstanding payments

Just so you know Kim is on the war path and anyone with an outstanding balance more than once will have a £5 per pony surcharge added to their next visit. You will be informed of this prior to your next visit

Debtors

To anyone who still owes money for farrier work please make the payment by 5pm this Friday.
If you fail to pay what you owe by then you will receive a text at 5:05 telling you to get another farrier.
Don’t ask me to chase up whether you have made the payment as it’s your horse, you know when they were shod and you can check when you paid. I always ask when I send payment details for you to text to say that payment has been made.
I’m sorry but it is no longer acceptable for me to subsidise your hobby.
On a brighter note thank you to those that pay on time.

Hi all, recently I’ve had a few customers wanting to push their appointments further than originally scheduled, whilst I’m accommodating for most, if I’m on a yard visit and you want me to rearrange your pony separate to the yard visit, I will require an additional call out charge. I hope you understand that when I am on the yard it means I can keep the costs down but if I am required to revisit it is at an extra cost 😊

That’s the end of a very challenging 3 day Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show - Light Horse Section we’ve had a great time, fantastic to catch up with friends and given the weather and ground conditions the entire show team did a fantastic job to keep smiling and crack on. We look forward to supporting them next year, here’s to a sunnier show in 2024 🥂

Hi all,
Bank transfers are becoming a large proportion of our payment methods however this means that payments aren’t made at the time of the appointment. We are very sorry but we can no longer support your hobby of owning and caring for your ponies, as you are aware we have to pay for materials/gas/fuel/insurance/etc when they are purchased and not on credit. We do not wish to stop bank transfer payments as it is very popular with our customers, so as from the 7th of April all shoeing/trimming prices will increase by £5 per pony, but if payment is made before I leave the yard we will discount the £5. We are sure you understand that we can not go to our suppliers/petrol station/supermarket/etc and ask can we pay you next week. For anyone that is not present at the time of appointment we will text when I arrive giving you time to make payment via online banking before I leave. We hope you understand that it takes up to 2 hours every Friday evening to check payments have been made and chase outstanding payments. Paper invoices will be produced for any customers that haven’t made payment by the end of the shoeing/trimming. If you have any questions please get in touch. As of the 7th of April Kim will be taking over all accounts and will be in touch if any outstanding balances.
